We've got plenty of opportunities to volunteer to support Habitat's mission, meet caring and committed people, and enjoy a high level of laughter.

There are a variety of opportunities for involvement in our mission to eliminate sub-standard housing in Clallam County. For more information, please call our office at (360) 681-6780. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Construction volunteers use all the skills of the building trades to partner with Habitat participants to build their own homes. We can use volunteers of any skill level, from beginner to licensed contractor. We are also looking for Construction Team Leaders.
  
  
• Store volunteers to work at the ReStore, which provides the major fundraising activity of our affiliate. Volunteers are involved in picking up donations, pricing and sorting donations, staffing the store, arranging the shelves, and serving on the store steering committee. We can always use the extra help.
  
  
• Office volunteers help keep the Habitat office running smoothly and efficiently. Shifts are available 9AM-1PM or 1PM-5PM. We also need occasional help on special projects, including newsletter and promotional mailings.
  
  
• Special event volunteers promote HFHCC through participation in events such as local festivals, the Clallam County Fair, volunteer recognition programs, and fund-raising events.
  
  
• Committee members and chairs for the committees plan, make policy, and carry out the mission of the organization. Our standing committees include the Board of Directors, Construction, Family Selection, Family Partnership, Church Relations, Fundraising, Store Steering Committee, and Volunteer Coordination.
