As we began to move forward with Lyon’s Landing we discovered some issues with the site plan that came with the land. As such we needed to pause development and address lot layout issues and some infrastructure that was not noted on the original site plan. We’ve been working with surveyors, engineers, and planning to revise the site plan. Once we have a revised site plan we will be putting the project out to bid.  At this time we have not received any of the Opportunity Funds from the County and will not do so until we have all of our predevelopment ready to ensure that everything is in order before touching the funds. No one is more eager than us to get houses built and get people into homes, and sometimes development hits a few speed bumps along the way.
