Our Tithing Journey
Habitat for Humanity of Clallam County has long embraced tithing as a core part of our mission, sharing a portion of every locally raised dollar to support Habitat’s work around the world. Even in our early years, we chose to give because we believed that safe, affordable housing is a universal need. As our affiliate has grown, our tithe has grown with us, extending the impact of our volunteers and donors to families whose hopes mirror those of our neighbors here at home.
Global Village
We have also taken part in Global Village trips Global Village programs invite volunteers to travel and build alongside Habitat partners in communities around the world. These short service trips create meaningful connections, deepen understanding of global housing challenges, and offer participants a direct role in creating safe, stable homes. Global Village experiences strengthen Habitat’s worldwide network and highlight the shared humanity at the heart of our mission.
